REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

AarogyaShree Foundation ("Foundation") is a Section 8 Company (Non-Profit Organisation) committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of funds received for charitable, educational, healthcare, research, and public welfare activities.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.
DONATIONS
Donations made to AarogyaShree Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support the Foundation's charitable and non-profit objectives.
As donations are generally utilised for public welfare, healthcare, educational, research, community development, and related activities, donations are ordinarily non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONAL REFUND REQUESTS
The Foundation may consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances, including:
• Duplicate donations made unintentionally;
• Incorrect payment amount due to genuine error;
• Unauthorised transaction reported by the donor;
• Technical payment processing error;
• Multiple payments resulting from system malfunction.
All such requests shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
Refund requests must:
• Be submitted in writing;
• Be sent from the donor's registered email address where possible;
• Include transaction reference details;
• Include supporting evidence where applicable.

REFUND REQUEST TIMELINE
Refund requests should ordinarily be submitted within:
30 calendar days
from the date of transaction.
Requests received after this period may be considered at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
APPROVAL OF REFUNDS
Approval of any refund request shall be subject to:
• Verification of payment records;
• Compliance with applicable laws;
• Internal review and approval processes;
• Availability of supporting documentation.
The Foundation reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not satisfy the above requirements.
REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds shall ordinarily be processed through the original mode of payment used for the transaction.
The Foundation shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, payment gateways, or third-party financial service providers.
EVENTS, TRAINING PROGRAMMES AND REGISTRATIONS
Where the Foundation organises educational programmes, workshops, conferences, training sessions, awareness campaigns, or events requiring registration fees:
• Cancellation terms may be specified separately for the relevant programme;
• Programme-specific policies shall prevail over this general policy where applicable.
PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES
Where permitted by applicable law and payment provider rules, non-recoverable payment processing charges may be deducted from approved refunds.
FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE REQUESTS
The Foundation reserves the right to reject refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with transaction records.
MODIFICATION OF POLICY
AarogyaShree Foundation reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time.
The revised version shall become effective upon publication on the Website.
